- 1/4 cup juice (palmagrante)
- 1 1/2 tsp. poppy seeds
- 6 cups baby spinach (fresh)
- 1 pt. strawberries (hulled and sliced)
- 1 avocado (diced, or you can double this to 2 avocados!)
- 4 oz. crumbled gorgonzola cheese (if you skip the cheese, it's Paleo)
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds (toasted)
- 1/2 red onion (a small, thinly sliced)
