  • 8 ounces buttermilk (1 cup)
  • 4 ounces strawberry puree (fresh, 1/2 cup See Note below)
  • 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin (powdered, 2 1/2 packets)

  • 1 pound strawberries (fresh, washed, dried, hulled, and chopped into small pieces)

  • 1 inch chocolate (transfer sheet, at least 10x16- if smaller use two sheets)
