I wanted to love these pork chops but for me the recipe as written didn't have enough cider flavor, the djion mustard dominated the sauce. With some tweaking of the ingredients this has the potential to be worth 4 or maybe even 5 stars. I'll try it again as it is still pretty yummy, I was hoping for a more pronounced apple cider flavor
