Finally found the one! I’ve been searching for a reliable Mac & Cheese recipe for years and this is the one. I make it a couple of times a month now and it’s great every time. I have 4 kids who all love it.

Very Tasty. creamy. very easy to make and my kiddos were even able help which made it a win-win. the only issue was the sauce to noodles ratio. we made it to recipe at first and ended up adding in 2 more cups of noodles because there was too much sauce. Not a bad problem to have though. we just boiled extra and tossed them in. so, in total, we used 4-1/2 cups of noodles (we also used medium shells instead of elbows which could have been part of the problem?) Overall, would make again.
