- 7 oz. udon noodles (3 of, package pre-cooked)
- 1 pkg. chicken (Tyson® Grilled & Ready, 22 oz)
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 stalk green onions (finely chopped - for garnishing, optional)
- 2 cups long grain rice (uncooked white, you can use brown rice or quinoa too)
- 3 cups water
- 4 Tyson Crispy Chicken Strips
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 large carrots (thinly sliced at an angle or you can shred it)
- 1 cup edamame beans (thawed if frozen)
- 1 cup cabbage (sliced)
- salt
- pepper (to taste)

- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. white sesame seeds (optional)
