- 8 oz. mushrooms (sliced, I used baby portobellos)

- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. rice (Chinese, cooking wine)
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
