- 2 Tbsp. lime juice (plus wedges to serve)
- 1 Tbsp. palm sugar (grated, or brown sugar)
- 1/3 cup mint leaves (each)
- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts (chopped)
- 2 kaffir lime leaves (finely shredded)
