- 1/4 cup rice wine (Mirin)

- 1 lb. mushrooms (I used baby bellas)
- 3 whole green onions
- 4 asparagus spears
- baby carrots (large handful)
- 3 Tbsp. cooking oil (I use canola)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced or 1 1/2 teaspoons jarred roasted garlic)
- 1 Tbsp. minced ginger (optional)
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 2 Tbsp. rice wine (Mirin)
- 1 soy sauce (tablespon thin, I used low sodium soy)
- 1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 Tbsp. dark sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
