Recipe was great I do add a little salshing wine Or sherry about tablespoon and 1⁄2-2 tablespoon And also kind of adds a little bit of a sauce over the spinach I also do it with asparagus and chicken The asparagus is sliced on the bias Finley and the chicken is also sliced thinly
