- 14 oz. tofu (extra firm organic)
- 2 Tbsp. peanut oil (use more or less, depending on your pan)
- 2 tsp. minced garlic (finely)
- 2 tsp. ginger root (finely grated)
- 1 cup scallions (sliced into 2 inch pieces, This is about 1 bunch green onions. Keep white parts separate from green parts. I used less than this, but only because I didn't have enough.)
- 3 Tbsp. chicken stock (or vegetable stock)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce (I used Tamari)
- 1 tsp. black sesame seeds (optional)

I had some leek which I sautéed for a few minutes before adding the tofu.
Also Edamame which went in last.
I used Pho broth and it added another layer of yum! This was quick and easy, my girls loved it!
