- 100 mL water (Optional, for more gravy preferred)
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. light soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. ginger juice (freshly squashed from the young gingers)
- 1 Tbsp. rice wine
- 1 Tbsp. potato starch
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp. salt (preferably coarse salt)
