- 1 yellow bell pepper (sliced )
- 1/2 cup chicken stock (4oz, 120ml)

- 1 Tbsp. tamari sauce
- 4 tsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. sesame (walnut or argan oil)
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch (maizena, corn flour dissolved in 2 tbs water)
- 1/2 cup basmati rice (3.3oz, 95gr brown or regular)
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1 cup chicken stock (8oz, 240ml)
