- 1 Tbsp. sweet soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. mirin ( substitute sherry)
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 leek (medium, trimmed and sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 Tbsp. minced ginger
- 4 oz. mushrooms (sliced)
- 4 oz. snap peas
- 1/2 cup bean sprouts
- 1/2 cup water chestnuts (sliced)
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. mushroom soy sauce
- 1 tsp. regular soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 2 tsp. cornstarch (dissolved in)
- 1/2 cup beef stock (4oz, 120ml)
- 1/2 cup basmati rice (3.3oz, 95gr)
- 1 cup chicken stock (8oz, 240ml)
