- 1 Tbsp. tamari sauce
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch (maizena dissolved in 2 tbs water)
- 1/2 cup basmati rice (3.3oz, 95gr quick-cooking brown or regular)
- 1 cup beef stock (8oz, 240ml, or whatever your rice calls for)
