Ingredients

- 225 grams cream cheese
- 100 grams stilton cheese
- 2 Tbsp. double cream
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley (finely chopped)

Directions
- Beat the cream cheese until it is soft and smooth, then stir in the Stilton cheese crumbles straight from the fridge
- Slowly blend in the cream, lemon juice, parsley, and if desired 3 drops of Worcester sauce (optional).
- Place in a pate dish or in individual dishes, and either serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes. Garnish with lemon slices if desired.
- Optional: melt some butter and add some red peppercorns, pour over stilton pate and garnish with a bay leaf.
