- 2 lb. beef strips (/sliced beef for stir fry)
- 4 baby bok choy (washed and separated)
- 1 onion (large, sliced into half rings, warning: tear jerker!)
- 4 Tbsp. oil (I used Vegetable oil)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 10 Tbsp. marinade sauce (premade Korean BBQ / Kalbi)
- 3 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 4 cloves garlic (I'm really a Garlic girl. For me, the more the merrier)
- 1.5 cms ginger (remove the skin)
- 1 tsp. sesame oil (Spicy)
- 1 tsp. white pepper
- 4 Tbsp. corn starch

Very flavorful. I made some substitutions and used what I had in the house: Used up a red onion, did not have sesame oil so used olive oil. Did not have white pepper, used whole black peppercorns. Did not have baby bok choy, just used regular bok choy. Subbed fish sauce for oyster sauce. Everyone liked the dish a lot and I plan to put the recipie in my favorites.
