- 80 grams sour cream (or crème frâiche)
- 50 grams unsalted butter
- 1 pinch sea salt (1/8th of a teaspoon or less)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract (real, not essence or flavouring)
- 1 Tbsp. rosewater
- gel food colouring (A dab of light pink, optional)
