It is good, but next time I will cut the maple syrup by half, it is too sweet, and I will make sure that the cauliflowers don’t catch extra amount of the batter.

It tasted great but the batter was too thick and slid off the cauliflower once I added the sauce

This is one of my favorite dishes ever! Even my "where's the meat?" father enjoyed it and was willing to eat it again!
