100 percent will be making this on a regular basis. Delicious and not too hard to put together even on a weeknight. Very tasty!

I used frozen High Liner pan-sear Mediterranean wild Pacific salmon cause I'm crazy like that. Followed package directions in oven, skipped olive oil and salt, basted every 5 minutes and the salmon turned out lovely.
Used a tsp dried chili flakes instead of chili for the noodles, wasn't spicy enough. Also used vermicelli because it's all I could get. Flat noodles would have been better. Might try cayenne pepper next time.

Really tasty recipe. Will definitely be making this again. We doubled up on the sauce for the noodles though, but that’s personal taste.

I made this meal for my family, and they loved it! I had a hard time finding rice noodles so I substituted with rice. Since making it I have found a store that carries the noodles required! Can't wait to make this dish again!!

Very good!!
I made a little extra sauce for the veg and noodles because I like it a bit saucier.

Great! One of the easiest and best turn out for salmon I've had. For the noodles, I'd probably double the vegetables but otherwise, it was delicious!

Delish!
Will make it again. Very yummly!
Left the kale out. A great Sunday dinner.
Easy to make and did not take much time.
