- 800 grams sweet potato (skin on and chopped into bitesize chunks)
- 2 orange peppers (red/yellow/, cut into bitesize chunks)

- 5 tsp. harissa (mild, I use Tesco Ingredients)
- salt
- pepper
- 1 lemon (quartered)
- 100 grams kale
- 400 grams chickpeas (drained thoroughly)
- 4 Tbsp. honey (optional)
