I got 2+ lbs of lamb ribs in a butcher box, and had never cooked this cut. Combed through a ton of recipes on Yummly before selecting this one. They were delicious! I cut the recipe in half. My only note is that the liquid never came close to evaporating. I finally removed the lid after an hour. The garlic bulbs had fallen apart and much of the fat was off the ribs, so I decided they were done. Marinated them in the sticky basting sauce for a bit before grilling them. Served with rice, steamed sugar snap peas, and a drizzle of leftover sauce.
