    i cut up the chicken into chunks but otherwise followed the recipe. Very tasty, served it with white rice and some veg. Will make it again for sure!

    Excellent dish! Use white pepper instead of black pepper 1/8th of a teaspoon would make it again in a heartbeat!

    This one was a hit. I’ll be making it again. Only change will be to use smaller pieces of chicken thigh. Some were too thick and I got some burned chunks by the time the insides were done.
