These were easy to make and my husband loved them! The only thing I would warn about is taking out the rack to wash/soak right away, and throwing the foil away immediately. Otherwise (as I experienced), it all glues together and takes forever to separate and clean.
As far as the recipe, I thought it tasted only of soy sauce (when tasting before applying), so I added an extra 1/8 tsp of garlic powder, 1/4 tsp of ginger, and 1/8 tsp of Cayenne pepper for a slight spice. Two thumbs up!
