- 1 green chili pepper
- 1 clove garlic (small)
- 1 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1 onion (minced)

Directions
- Grill the tomatoes and the pepper. Once they are completely roasted, liquefy them in a blender with the garlic and salt.
- Place a pot on the stove and add some cooking oil. Saute the onion and then pour in the sauce.
- Once the sauce comes to a boil, serve it with quesadillas, beans, or for making chilaquiles.
