Description

- 6 sausages, sliced (sliced)
- 2 onions (sliced thinly)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- ginger (minced)
- 5 tomatoes (chopped)
- 2 pinches turmeric
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- water

Directions
- Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan. Brown the onions then add the sliced sausages. Add the garlic, ginger, and tomatoes. Mix well. Add the turmeric, pepper, and a little bit of water. Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes.
- Serve with rice.
