- 2 slices bacon (diced)
- 1.5 kilograms broad beans
- 3 leek leaves (green, chopped)
- 1 sprig cilantro (chopped)
- 1 sprig mint (chopped)
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 cup wine
- 1 cup water
- salt (to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 Tbsp. lard
- 3 Tbsp. ketchup

Directions
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan and sauté onion, garlic and bay leaves.
