These are really easy and very tasty. I used coconut flour instead of rice flour as I didn’t have any and slightly more stem ginger from syrup because I love ginger. I did bake them for exactly 20mins and although it says don’t let them colour, mine were light brown and still absolutely delicious . A must try! Oh and I’m baking them again as we ate them within 3 days.
