I made for the first time your recipe for steel cut oatmeal and chocolate chip cookies because I wanted to try and use up my bag of Bobs Red Mill Steel Oats it does not say instant on the bag, was that a good idea? I made five cookies to see how they taste they are good but you really church on the oats. Thank you for a great receipt but my concern is was it alright to use the steel cut oats.
