- 2 cloves garlic (smashed)
- 1 Tbsp. tamari soy sauce

- 200 grams white fish fillets (pieces, wild snapper or any white fish of your choice)
- 1 lime
- 1 bunch coriander leaves (and stalk finally chopped)

Wrapped in a banana leaf to steam and served over coconut rice, this dish reminded my wife & I of our travels in Cambodia! We used powdered ginger and yellow curry powder since that is what we had in the pantry, but the flavors were still intensely delicious. I can only imagine how much better this would taste with all fresh ingredients!
