- kosher salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 4 slices prosciutto
- 1 lemon (thinly sliced)
- extra-virgin olive oil (to drizzle)

Directions
- Season salmon filets with salt and pepper.
- Heat a small/medium non-stick skillet over medium low heat. Add prosciutto and cook until slightly crispy. Do this in batches if necessary.
- Lay/ prosciutto on top of salmon. Place salmon on a non-stick rimmed baking sheet and into oven.
