Description
I love this recipe because it reminds me of my childhood. Growing up by the beach, we had almost unlimited access to all the seafood we desired and so my mother would always make this for me and my brother. It's simple to make and the flavors will make this Lobster dish a memorable one!
Ingredients

- 1 lobster (Maine)
- 1 white onion (large)
- 1 ginger root (medium, sliced with peel)
- 2 vine tomatoes (cut into 4 pieces each)
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 lemon (sliced into wedges)
- 2 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 pinch salt
- red chili pepper (pinch of ground)
- cilantro (some, to garnish, optional)

Directions
- Once all your ingredients are chopped up, halve lobster lengthways with a sharp knife. Heat up a large saucepan or medium pot and add 1 tsp of EVOO. Put in lobster with all ingredients except for the lemon wedges and cover with a tight lid. Cook for 25 minutes on medium.
- Serve immediately with cilantro and lemon wedges. Best with jasmine rice or even sticky rice!
