- 3/4 tsp. chili powder (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. coriander powder
- oil (to grease a cake pan or steel box for steaming)
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 green chilies (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. ginger garlic paste
- 1 scallion (chopped)
- 1 1/2 tsp. coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder (It was mild to my taste. Adjust to taste)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (adjust to taste and mind you steamed egg is seasoned)
- 1/4 turmeric powder
- 1 tomato (medium sized, chopped or ¾ – 1 cup chopped tomatoes)

- coriander leaves
