I've never had eggs this way before but they were surprisingly tasty. Quick note: You have to follow the directions about boiling the water, if you don't the eggs won't cook properly. We thought there was too much sesame oil in them but that's just a personal opinion. Still my mom loved the almost custard like texture. Will definitely make this again with different flavor combinations.
