Very good. Fairly quick and easy. I subbed for the red potatoes. But that made the recipe better as it was not so rigid for ingredients.

I just added some cajun seasoning when I made this recipe and it really hit the spot.

I’ve made this twice now. I add additional spices to mine. Seasoning salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Not sure on amounts, I just poured. lol It’s amazing!
