Making the dough and filling them up takes some practice, but it’s a nice tasty treat. Now that i know how to make the dough I have lots of options for different types of bao.

Wow!! This recipe absolutely NAIlED the dough! I was forced to alter filling, but still incredible. I would recommend slightly more filling. Thx for making me look like a fabulous cook 😊
