Tried this for the first time. made this for the first time. WOW it was great. Made a smaller loaf than expected, but was it good. I will make it again.

I make this recipe at least once a month. I even double the recipe and use the large loaf setting on my bread machine and it bakes up beautifully.

I've made this 2x exactly as directed. It is wonderful and my kids love it. I havent purchased a loaf of bread in about a year. This specific bread is very fluffy for wheat bread. It makes fabulous peanut butter and honey sandwiches! Thanks for this one!

I made this today to serve with homemade chicken rice soup. I was a bit concerned as when looking through the window it didn't look like it was going to rise, but it was just fine. I think next time I'll do as the other reviewer said and add a bit more of each flours. It did look a bit sticky. I used espresso as I don't have instant coffee. Delicious!

Gotta tell you it's a winner! I make it twice a week n share with my neighbor upstairs. I do add two tablespoons extra to both wheat and bread flour. It's a bit sticky otherwise. So good and family loves it. Try it, you can't lose.
