This is a decent way to use up old mushrooms if you don't have white wine. However, I recommend sauteeing the mushrooms in oil for the first half of the directions, then add the butter with the seasonings for the last 3-4 minutes. My butter started to burn 3 minutes in so they didnt cook nearly long enough.
