- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 potatoes (medium)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 4 beef steak (slices or 2 large slices)
- salt
- pepper

Directions
- Cut the potatoes, bell pepper, and onions into large squares.
- Pour the olive oil into a large pot and once the oil begins to heat up, place the potatoes in and let them cook for 10 minutes.
- Once the the potatoes are lightly cooked, add the bell pepper and onion, add salt and pepper, and cook for another 10 minutes making sure to mix everything continuously.
- Once the potatoes are fully cooked, turn off the stove and set them aside on a plate.
- Grill the beef slices on a large pan ( preferably well done) and once the meat is ready, serve it on a plate with the potatoes, onions, and bell peppers on top.
