  • 3 inches rosemary leaves (sprig of, only, minced)
  • 3 sage leaves (fresh, rolled and sliced)
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 oz. flour
  • 1 cippolini onion (peeled and sliced)
  • 3 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 6 oz. ale (pumpkin)
  • 12 oz. homemade stock (vegetable or beef, with more in reserve)
  • 1 leek (bulb, sliced)
  • 1 parsnip (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 red bliss potato (peeled and diced)
  • 1/3 cup sugar pumpkin (fresh, peeled and diced)
  • 1 carrot (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 apple (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 slice applewood smoked bacon (cooked, diced)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 bowl cold water (for sealing crusts together)
