- 4.5 oz. green chiles (chopped mile, squeezed dry)
- 12 oz. beer (something you enjoy- a darker ale is good!)

It was good. Used a pale ale because that’s what I had, might try something dark next time liked the stew like consistency. Nice hearty meal.

I made this with some flatiron steak I got on sale, really easy and great recipe. I didn't use a crock pot, just regular stockpot on the stove.

Mine needed salt. Served with sour cream and cheese which it needed. It was not balanced on my tongue. Meat alittle dry so I shredded mine. Nice heat.

Oh yeahhhhh! This was awesome! I used a Guinness stout for the beer and cooked the chili in a Dutch oven in my Big Green Egg barbecue for some smoky flavor.
