This was my first time making a marinade and it was simple. This marinade I think would be really good for a beef jerky or something. I’ll use this recipe again but way less brown sugar. I found the flank steak really soaked up the flavor but I enjoy the pepper/salt of the Montreal steak seasoning more than the sweet. This recipe was easy to follow and we had all the times on the list already. We also let the meet marinate for about 8 hours today.
