This is amazing! one of those recipies that both kids and adults can enjoy together... also, one of the easiest things to make!

Great summer grilling recipe! So tasty yet so simple! I made changes to the chimichurri as I found it to liquidly and made too much. The ingredient modifications I made are as follows (which also reduces the fat content!): 2 tbsp parsley, 2 tbsp cilantro, 1 clove garlic, 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil, 1 tbsp apply cider vinegar, 2 tsp water, 1/8 tsp salt, pinch of black pepper, and a pinch of crushed red chilli flakes.
