Super easy and yummy. Just like recipe states, super hot pan is essential. I did cook off some wine and softened garlic to finish off sauce. I have made this recipe many times with various cuts of steak. My family loves it.

This was delicious and so easy! All ingredients were on hand and it took no time to prepare. I served it over noodles and it was a big hit!

Simple recipe. My husband loved it. I can eat my steaks less than rare. This is a great way to make a steak for those of you who like it tender without all the red. Like and beef I suggest covering and allowing it to rest before serving, even if it’s only for a few minutes
