Delicious dish! The only change I made is that I fried up some bacon to put in it, and used the bacon grease to saute the veggies in rather than butter... Also, make sure to have chicken broth on hand - the person that wrote the recipe doesn't include that in the ingredients or directions, but put a note at the end to add it with the seasonings!
