I make this all the time, and love it. The lemon juice is a welcomed substitute for vinegar. I put a little Dijon mustard in it, along with onion powder, garlic powder, and a pinch of pepper. Delish.

Love this dressing but just a note, it makes far more than one serving - and it's definitely not 1050 calories per serving! Lol. I also subbed dark maple syrup for the sugar - delicious!! Will definitely make this again

Only took about 5 minutes at most. I added a shake of cayenne pepper and 2 shakes of garlic just to liven it up a little. My teens and husband enjoyed it on our power greens!
