I made these in my Dash sous vide egg bite maker. They didn’t rise as much as yours but still tasted very good. I added green onions to the bottom with the bacon. I put spinach in the blender and made “green eggs and ham”! Next time I’ll put it in after blending. I saw several people asked about freezing them but no reply - does anyone know if you can?
Thanks for recipe!

This is the perfect copy cat recipe!! I didn’t add any salt and it still had great flavor. For hot sauce I used smoked chipotle tobacco, took place of the salt I’m thinking... I do not have an insta pot, so I baked them in muffin pans at 375 for I think 12 minutes. DELISH!!!

I made without salt and it turned out fine. These were light and tasty. The four oz mason jars resulted in the eggs cooking over the tops. When I make again I will see if I can fit five of the four oz jars in my pot so that the jars are not quite so full. I would make again.

Used 16oz jar instead and did 9mins also could only fit 3 jars at a time! Very good! Will use less salt next time
