    I had to wave it in the oven a bit longer but other than the the recipe is easy turned out well. Next time I’ll add more lemon flavor and less oil. The cake was a bit too moist.

    This recipe is a keeper. I’ve been baking this for so many times already. So this time I experimented by adding chopped almonds and walnuts on top. The glaze with the crunchy bite made it much better, I placed a Bainè Marie in the oven to make the loaf more moist an placed an oven thermometer inside for a more accurate baking temperature,

    This is THE BEST Lemon Loaf ever. Have made several times with raves from everyone. No changes to the recipe is needed. Made it for Fun Fair and it was sold immediately with people asking for the recipe.
