- 3 Tbsp. strawberry preserves (or jam)
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 3 Tbsp. blueberry preserves (or jam)

Directions
- Evenly divide I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread into 3 bowls. In first bowl, stir in strawberry preserves. In second bowl, stir in lemon peel, then in third bowl, stir in blueberry preserves.
- Layer 3 Spread mixtures in serving bowl or butter crock, starting with strawberry, lemon, then blueberry. Garnish, if desired, with a slice of star fruit. Serve with your favorite toast.
