Description
You'll want to make these colorful sugar cubes for a festive cocktail party or a kid's birthday party, or for no other reason at all. To make them, all you have to do is combine sugar with the designated amount of food coloring and then heat in the microwave. Just be careful not to overheat the sugar, or it will sadly melt rather than end up as a neat cube.

Directions
- In a bowl pour the sugar (I really used the 220 grs) because it was what took my shape, then put the water or color you prefer, stir it a little and put it in the shape, smooth it well and take it to the microwave in the maximum power (600) for 30/40 seconds. You have to do a test first to see what is the best temperature for your shape, I got 30 seconds more than that, the sugar melted and did not unmold perfectly. After removing it from the microwave, let it cool still inside the pan and only then can it be removed carefully and placed in a tightly closed bottle.
