- 4 oz. egg whites (from a carton is fine)
- 6 oz. sugar
- 10 Tbsp. unsalted butter (at room temperature)
- 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 4 Tbsp. strawberries
- 1 starfruit (sliced thin)
